This is Eli-Jah!
Mood:  caffeinated
Eli-Jah is definitely an ear catcher. With his soulful voice, with a 4 octave range, and a crazed desire to be heard and an inspiration to the public.

Singing since the age of 8 years old inspired by singers such as Patti Labelle, Jennifer Holiday, Tina Turner, and Luther Vandross. In 1992, Eli-Jah would join City Kids which was also ground for actor Donald Faison, Lisa Carson, Renoly Santiago, and singer Mario Vasquez. In 1993 MTV's Lip Service was a risk Eli-Jah was willing to try, being in the public eye, in which he won the final contest.

Theatre is was also an interest that caught Eli's attention. He worked with such theatres such as CSC Repertoire Theatre, Alternate Visions (Gay & Lesbian Theatre), New Jersey Drive, as well as some public service announcements.

However, singing is the core of thIS apiring artist to become a professional singer and performer. "I just want to touch people and make them feel what I sing" declares Eli. In that he decided to follow this dream by making various demos.

"Bye, Bye" is the most demanded song from Eli. An urban track written and inspired by a bad relationship, the vocals give you that feel of anger and release. "Chills! It gave me!" a critic said about the song. This song is just the beginning of the talent Eli-Jah witholds.

Just recently obtaining his masters in Public Administration. He's ready to devote his time to his dream!

Currently, "Bye Bye" is being serviced for remix service and label consideration. If any interested in this TRACK please contact Lex (via email: lex83nyc@yahoo.com)
